Product Details
FasTEER Medium is a specially developed barrier formation medium optimized for barrier formation of our immortalized alveolar epithelial cells CI-hAELVi (INS-CI-1015) and CI-huArlo (INS-CI-1031).
It is designed for use in an incubator at 37° C with a 5% CO2 atmosphere.
This Medium is used to induce barrier formation of our alveolar cells grown on cell culture inserts. For routine maintenance and expansion please use our huAEC Medium (INS-ME-1013).
This Medium is provided as a ready-to-use product.
Store the products as follows if not indicated otherwise on the product label.
Complete Medium at 4 to 8°C.
For long-term storage, aliquot the medium and store frozen at -18 to -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
